Non-refundable: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
Referral unlock: Users who refer others to the Platform who subsequently subscribe may unlock certain features at no additional cost, subject to the referred user maintaining an active subscription.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work may violate your institution's honour code or academic policies. The Platform accepts no liability for any academic or disciplinary consequences arising from the use of its outputs.
All content generated by the Platform is produced by artificial intelligence models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of any generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all outputs before use.
Generated content may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or references that are imprecise. Always verify facts from authoritative primary sources before submitting any work.
Platform content: All software, design, branding, and proprietary technology of the Platform are owned by Smart Study Guides and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Generated content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the content generated for you through the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.
Your inputs: By submitting content to the Platform (topic descriptions, personal information, job details, etc.), you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your information as described therein. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
